I operate a little motorcycle repair shop, and I heard great things about Summit fairings. But honestly, I don't see it. The shipping took way longer than expected—6 to 10 weeks, but it ended up being 14 weeks before I got my order. Getting in touch with customer service was a hassle; I had to make several calls and send emails just to find out what was going on with my order. When it finally showed up, the quality was below par, even for Chinese fairings. It wasn't the worst I've encountered, but it certainly wasn't good. I won't be going back to them.

I've purchased several sets of fairings before. This time, they mistakenly sent me fairings for a different model year. Rather than addressing the issue, they opted to refund my money and indicated they didn't want to continue doing business with me. All I wanted was the fairings I had paid for, but Summit Fairings messed up by sending the incorrect model year.

The customer support was excellent. However, the item itself didn’t meet expectations. The end result resembled something a middle schooler would create. I’m not happy with it, but after waiting more than two months, I didn’t want to drag out the return process and delay getting a fairing for my bike. So here I am, stuck with this middle school project cruising around town.

These fairings are solid and align well.

Everything arrived in excellent shape. I’m definitely getting a ton of attention on my bike. Big thanks to the team for a fantastic job!

When my parts arrived, one of them was damaged. I shot them an email, and they replied saying they'd refund me part of the cost, but I still haven't seen that money. Other than that, the parts are fantastic and fit like a glove (except for that one broken clip). I'd totally consider using them again if I need another set.

These fairings are really nice and fit just right. One thing I’d recommend is getting rid of the extra material that accumulates around the taps and holes before putting the fairings together.

The fairings are of really good quality, except for those little front skirts near the radiator that didn’t quite fit right.

The paint job was decent. There was some dirt. A few sanding marks that didn’t get polished out. The plastic quality isn’t as high as the original equipment, but it’s better than the really low-end options. They had to bend some parts a bit for installation, and the tabs ended up breaking. Honestly, for the price, I probably wouldn’t go for these again.

The fairings for my 2012 cbr250r arrived nicely packed. The bolts and fasteners were all in a single bag, so I had to do a bit of sorting. Not a huge deal!

I'm really happy with this company and what they offer! The fairings fit just right and look fantastic! Their customer service is top-notch, and I’m super satisfied with it. I’d totally work with them again if I need to!

Overall, the feedback was pretty decent. The individual I communicated with was quite pleasant and responded promptly. However, the real issue came when the item showed up. Since these are aftermarket parts, they clearly lack OEM quality. There were misaligned holes, the plastic didn’t fit properly, and the paint was super prone to chipping. Most of it came off the first time I tried to assemble the plastics. It definitely could’ve been of better quality.

I was a bit unsure about getting replacement fairings online from anywhere other than a dealer, worried about getting subpar parts, but Summit Fairings really delivers!!! The color and fit are spot on. Big thanks to you all for such a great product. I’ll surely recommend and use your stuff again.

AVOID THIS PLACE. I was just trying to check the shipping fees, and somehow the order went through, charging me 673 bucks for fairings! I never meant to place this order, and I've been trying to get in touch with them for five days now with no luck! I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER, BUT THEY'RE IGNORING ME. I'm disputing this through PayPal and might have to consider legal action if it comes to that. I refuse to lose money on fairings I didn’t even want! Summit, please get back to me and fix this situation! My order number is #20228179.

I had my doubts at first, but Linn really put me at ease with her quick responses. It took around two months for my order to show up, but hey, anything shipped from China usually takes that long. The fairings are awesome, my bike looks fantastic now! I had a shop put them on, and they mentioned needing to tweak them a bit for a proper fit. Not sure if that’s legit or just a way to charge me more, but regardless, the fairings look amazing on my ride. Linn knows her stuff!
